Preview of Apple’s iPhone 16 and Pro Series: What to Expect

There are still a few more months to go before Apple releases the iPhone 16 Pro model, while a series of various leaks and some known features have already started spreading out, sharing a preview of the upcoming iPhone 16 models and what exactly the smartphone brings for its users.

Several sources, including a reliable Apple analyst, Ross Young, have already stated the forthcoming iPhone 16 Pro models, the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max, are going to feature a bigger display screen. The iPhone 16 Pro is expected to sport a 6.3-inch display, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max will come with a 6.9-inch display, respectively.

The most prominent aspect of the smartphone is its battery. The iPhone 16 models are highly rumoured to be equipped with a graphene thermal system for equivalent heat dissipation, as graphene has high thermal conducting power compared to copper, which is being used in the iPhone heat sinks. This will significantly help in resolving overheating issues.

Meanwhile, the iPhone 16 models are rumoured to get a certain change in their camera features, including the iPhone 16 will have a similar 5x zoom quad-prism camera as in the current iPhone 15 Pro Max model, whereas the iPhone 16 Pro Max is expected to get a new Ultra telephoto camera.

Furthermore, Ming-Chi Kuo, an Apple analyst, shared a few reports, which state that the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro models will be equipped with a Sony camera sensor for their main camera, while it’s expected that change will significantly improve low-light photography.

On the flip side, other shared reports state that the iPhone 16 Pro model will have a new 48MP Ultra wide-angle camera.

Additionally, other distinctive features of the iPhone 16 Pro models include Wi-Fi 7 support, and they will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon X57 modem, which is considered a much more powerful 5G modem and can have a download speed of about 7.7Gbps. Also, the iPhone 16 Pro will be packed with a next-gen A18 Pro chip for a performance-driven experience, along with a new Capture button, which can capture space pictures.
